February 17, 2004 Mike, I just wanted to drop you a line due to the outstanding repair work and customer service that I received at your Miramar Road location. Not only was the repair work performed in excess of my expectations, but Jessica's customer service was outstanding as well. I do not normally give compliments, but in the case of BumperMedic... one is certainly warranted. I received three estimates for the damage done to my car. The highest was for $1400 and the lowest was for $1200. I found your business later and had the work done for $225. At first I was skeptical about the quality of work to be done due to the great difference in price, but your staff seemed competent. I examined two vehicles being repaired before turning over my 2003 Hyundai Tiburon GT to you for work. Wow! They really came through. Great repair and great price. Greetings, Several months ago I had a bumper repaired by your firm in Las Vegas. I was sufficiently pleased that when, I needed repairs to a bumper on a car in Southern California that I checked the internet to see if there was a location in my area. I contacted your shop in Miramar and made arrangements to have the bumper repaired in Idyllwild. On the day the repair was scheduled I was called and told that the repairs could not be made in Idyllwild and that I would have to bring the car to San Diego. Obviously, this was a bit disruptive. Yesterday I dropped the car off at the Miramar shop for repairs and the repair was done. I am very pleased with the result. More importantly, however, was the wonderful way in which Jessica and the on-site manager handled the series of problems that arose. They both went well beyond the call to make sure that my needs and concerns were taken care of. Dear Tito and Mike, Thank you so much for the wonderful repair on my new '04 BMW 330 ci I hit a curb and part of my right bumper snapped off. During the same week I was closing my garage door and didn't leave enough room and saw in what felt like slow motion the garage door scratching my back bumper. Now having two problems to solve, I then wondered about Bumper Medic. I was in process of getting bids for "collision" repair thinking that Bumper Medic only repaired scratches and dents. Much to my surprise, I received 3 bids, which everyone needed 3 - 4 days to repair and the cost was excessive for the "easy" job everyone said it would be. I would have ended up renting a car for 3-4days on top of the job. Thanks to Bumper Medic, not only was the work performed making my car looking brand New again; I got my car back the same day I took it in. And, for less than my 3 bids which took a lot of lunch hours tracking down. I am so pleased with the work done and highly recommend your company. Lynda DiLorenzo
